Cephalo Roofing did a fantastic job in every respect. The office staff was highly responsive and moved very quickly to schedule our roof replacement estimate and the job itself. The roofers were professional, communicative, and did careful work, including clean up. Pyrro & Mr:Koka The project manager was both very attentive. Wow!!!! - I have used many contractors over the years for many home projects and Cephalo roofing is by far the best of all.
The owner Pierre is a great guy. He wasn't a typical sales guy whose goal is to just close the deal but you can see that he truly cares about educating the customer on what are the issues with your roof and when we install a new roof - What exactly are we getting. He came prepared and explained everything very clearly.
The team who came to install the roof was really great and they made sure to pay attention to every single detail. The place was cleaned after each day throughly.
The Owner checked the roof also twice after full install and made sure everything was good.
After the Project is over - I can say with 100% of confidence that Cephalo roofing is Costco of roofers. They are fully behind what they are selling and really ensures full customer Satisfaction!!!
