Grapevine was a rare find! They said they would take the solar panels (all 40) off in a day, Tear off the old roof and put the new roof on the next day and put the solar panels back the following day. They also contacted through the day to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We also had a supervisor stop by at least once during the day. Mark the inhouse supervisor and Chris the super on the road were fantastic. I highly recommend this company!

Everybody worked to the ultimate best the crew seemed to have it down to a science cause they knew exactly what they were doing, and they worked so well together, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This has been a while coming but only because I did not write a review until we got a few rain storms since this is a review of a roof replacement. Back in January of last year I called a few different roofer for a quote for a replacement roof because my insurance company was going to cancel my house insurance if I did not replace my roof. Well, even though it was 5 in the afternoon. Kyle Hanley offered to come out to my house and talk to me about my roof and how they could help me. Now, because I had solar panels on my roof it was a problem that most companies did not want anything to do with helping me. Now Kyle sat here in my house and we talked for hours about what had to be done in order to get me a new roof. Since he was in my house and he could see my ceiling he told me that the solar panels were starting to affect my roof. Which I knew because I was already in touch with the solar company about my ceiling.

These guys did incredibly well with our replacement roof. They managed to work with us on cost. They removed and reinstalled our solar panels. The entire producer took three days. We wary they they will give you a hard sell when they come into your home but if you go with these guys, you’ll likely be glad you did.they were expeditious and punctual and were quite happy with the work.

Recently had my front door and storm door replaced a couple weeks ago. Having a home that is over 50 years old it was needed and we called up Grapevine Pro! My brother and I own our home and had previously had our roof done a couple years ago, windows all throughout our home ( 16 + sliding glass door to patio ) and now our front door/storm door. From the beginning calling up, having the sales associate coming to your home when it is convenient for us was why we kept returning as customers, to the seamless installation which every crew was courteous and respectful to us and our home... I cannot be more grateful. We do plan on getting our siding done in the next couple to few months and already in communication with the company. They do have financing and payment plans but if you want to choose to pay it outright you can as well. Very easy and like I said the job quality was great.
