We purchased the home in 2022 as an investment property and the shingles were rotting and the stucco was pealing. We spent a lot of time researching vendors to do the exterior siding and stucco work. We read the reviews about Majestic and decided to engage them for the project and it was an excellent experience. We were lucky to have Hannah as our project manager, she was incredible every step of the way. From contract wording and clarity to partnering with us as we selected the right stucco color, to advising that roof replacement made sense at this time, everything was top notch. Hannah understood that we wanted to stay true to the orginal style of the home and shared her expertise along the way. The home looks like a brand new house. Hannah and Majestic, 5 stars! Majestic Home Remodeling is an outstanding company and an excellent choice. We had a major siding, trim, gutters, and railing project in Monmouth County. We got multiple price estimates and Majestic was competitive but more importantly they were professional in every respect from start to finish. We were very lucky to have Hannah as our project manager, Byron as our siding foreman, Felipe as our railing lead, and Luan as the gutter supervisor. I highly recommend each one of them. The attention to detail was impeccable on a very complex project. Every detail on this project met or exceeded our expectations. We had some rot repair needs and the added charges were very reasonable and not the typical mid job up charge many contractors hit you with. Below are a few photos of the completed job.
