Luis and his employees were kind and courteous. He was quick with a response and an estimate. The work was done in an orderly and quick fashion. And they cleaned up everything. Which is key to me. He also repaired part of my roof at a very reasonable cost. I am definitely going to call him back to clean my gutters again come the fall.

Simbaina did a great job on our roof. They showed up on time and completed the entire roof in only one day. The pricing was fair and Luis was up front about what could cause the cost to increase once shingles were removed and the condition of the wood framing was determined. His team completed everything as promised and sufficiently cleaned up the job site after finishing. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Luis is a very friendly and professional guy. He went over all the details throughly at the time is the estimate along with all the possible variables that could effect the price. After it was done the price was right on point with what I calculated it would be from the additional work. He clearly explained the entire process, gave a fair price, and kept me updated throughout the project. The crew arrived early, worked efficiently, and showed great attention to detail. They handled all debris with a dump trailer, protected the property, and left everything spotless when the job was done. The workmanship is excellent .... the new roof looks great, and you can tell it was installed correctly and with care.
