We experienced a weather event earlier this year leaving us with a need to have our roof, gutters, and skylights replaced. Many thanks to our project manager, Josh Jenkins! He helped us through the entire process, answered our many questions, and met with the insurance representative to ensure that all of the damage was correctly assessed and documented. Throughout the process, from our first meeting with Josh to the actual on-roof work and clean-up, Josh was attentive to our concerns and needs. He is a committed, knowledgeable, and competent professional and a great communicator… 5 STAR performer!! Arthur did a great job start to finish! He came around the neighborhood and introduced himself, offered a free roof inspection after a recent hail storm, and sent an estimate to our insurance. There was some back and forth with insurance that took some time. The total cost was close to 13,000 but our insurance covered a lot and we paid less than $1000 out of pocket. Arthur was quick to communicate. We texted and called throughout the process and he kept me up to date. He explained everything from the expenses, insurance process, timeline, and shingle options very well.

Josh Jenkins was instrumental in documenting the damage, getting the approval of my insurance carrier for the repairs and managing what was a very large project. The process was seamless for me. Each different crew showed up on time and did excellent work. Other than my deductible, all costs were covered by my insurance.
