Rosie's Roofing and Restoration is wonderful. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Superb prompt communications, especially Adrienne Appleby, she is stellar. Company responds within 24 hours on most communications. Crew is professional, polite, skilled, thorough, comprehensive, arrives on time, does great work, cleans up. Many of the same employees (administration and crew members) have been there for years. Owner is wonderful. Fair reasonable prices for guaranteed work. This company aims to retain customers. Everyone i dealt with at Rosie’s was a pleasure to deal with and did outstanding work. When i was first interviewing companies Clint came by with a couple crew members. They showed me the materials they use including large samples of all shingle colors and the metal vent boots as well as exactly how they execute their work. Their 10 year labor warranty was better than many other companies. Their crew used ropes and harnesses to ensure they could work safely rather than toeboards nailed into the roof, which leave holes that i can’t imagine can be reliable caulked. I observed their work throughout the day and was very impressed with their attention to detail and beautiful finished product. I highly recommend Rosie’s Roofing to anyone looking for a top quality job at a very competitive cost.

The person who did our roof inspection was very thorough and took many photos to show condition of the roof.
