They tore off old roof, replaced numerous areas of faulty sheathing and applied new underlayment, shingles, and vents, and thoroughly cleaned up in a day. Resolve Roofing was very easy to work with. After receiving an estimate from Brady and discussing our different options we chose to go with the Class 4 IR shingle. Brady was very thorough in going over our roofing package and helping us choose the shingle color. He shared several local addresses that had used the shingle color we were interested in so we could drive by and see what a whole roof in a shingle color would look like. Our project manager Wayde did a wonderful job communicating with us once our roof install was scheduled. Really enjoyed the photos that were shared with us throughout the day of installation! Install crew was friendly, polite and hardworking. We were very impressed with the clean up process. Our new roof looks amazing!
