He is available seemingly any time day or night. This attention to detail follows through to the work crew who do exceptional work. As mentioned by others, the crew is hard-working, extremely competent and leaves the work site meticulously clean. By the way, our job included the replacement of a cedar roof and a new installation of a metal roof plus new gutters, leaf guards and snow guards (for the metal). My wife and I could not be any more happy. Well done, Mike & Co!

We took many estimates to replace the roof on our large 3 story house and chose Franco Roofing to do the job. Not only was their price competitive but Michael listened to all my concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions. Their large crew was very coordinated and worked harder than we have ever seen. In the end they cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell that they were there. Mike was mentioned to be by a builder who had done some work for us. I had seen his signs around for years but was not familiar with his work. When we were ready to replace our 25+ year old roof I contacted him. When I looked at some of the projects he had done and the complexity of the roofs I was extremely impressed with the work and didn't bother contacting anyone else. Mike was very responsive and easy to work with as we were undecided of the style and color of roof. He provided samples whenever we asked and was very patient in the process. When we were ready to move forward, we were able to quickly get on his schedule. The roof looks great. Copper valleys, a copper porch roof, dormers and also installed a new cupola for us. I have received may compliments on the roof. I would highly recommend him.
