Manny & his crew did an excellent job on our roof replacement. They completed the job in one day, including tear off, repairs to damaged areas of roof deck, and new shingle installation. They moved several pieces of patio furniture and our grill to prevent any damage. They hung protective tarps on all sides to keep debris out of our gardens, and cleaned up leaving no trace that they were even there. They also went around the house and over the driveway with a large magnet bar on wheels to pick up any stray nails.

When I stopped by the shop to see if someone could come and give me a price quote on how much it will cost. The gentleman came over the following day. The company came and started doing the job within a few days. The roof replacement was Something that I needed to have done to the house for a very, very, very long time. The company did an excellent job courteous very professional me and my family are very grateful for the work you did to our house at the price that you did it for.

I’ll start by saying that I got 5 quotes. 3 were referrals and 2 from signs of company’s in my area. I read all the companies reviews. My niece told me that friends from her area used CJM and were very happy. In the reviews of CJM, customers spoke about how it was a great experience working with Manny. Customer service was high on my list of many things that I wanted in a contractor. First impressions, Manny was professional, punctual, not pushy, and answered any concerns. I told him I would call him back with my decision. He gave me my space, I probably took longer than other people lol. In the end of my process I went with CJM and I’m extremely happy I did. The whole job (full rip off and replacement of roof) took two days. Manny‘s crew were courteous and professional. On time both days great work ethic. They did a great job!!!!!
