Very manipulative. I was repeatedly contacted by pushy account reps who promised guaranteed leads if I paid — none showed up. When I insisted on canceling and removing my details, the reps turned hostile and kept delaying. For anyone running a small contracting business, their approach felt predatory and aggressive.

I felt harassed by their customer service. They repeatedly tried to upsell me with false promises of leads and then became rude when I said no.
