Very manipulative. I was repeatedly contacted by pushy account reps who promised guaranteed leads if I paid — none showed up. When I insisted on canceling and removing my details, the reps turned hostile and kept delaying. For anyone running a small contracting business, their approach felt predatory and aggressive.
