First, the estimate was in the range of other roofers and explanation of the work was very thorough and the owner answered all of my questions. He was very patient and straight forward so there would be no surprises. The work was started and completed on schedule. He even called a few weeks later to inquire whether we had any problems. While replacing the roof, he suggested we replace the original attic fan which he did at cost and he also fixed one of the downspouts and the a/c pipe on the roof. He went above and beyond to replace our roof. I would definitely recommend this company!!!!
Highly recommended company. Pyrro is an absolute professional. We had a roof leak that needed a section of our roof to be repaired. Our shingles were discontinued and Pyrro went to multiple supply houses to bring me examples of my options to match my existing roof as closely as possible. A+++++ all around!!!
WOW!! Cephalo roofing was fantastic!! I live in Pompton Lakes, and had Pyrro recommended by a friend. He was quick to get back to me and really fast to get the work done. He was very neat and very nice. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the area.
We had the pleasure of working with Pyrro and his crew. He was very thorough and delivered a great quality product in just one day!!! He enjoys getting to know the customer and making sure there are no issues from start ot finish. He will even fix something mid project if there is fault on their part such as something breaking. It left me feeling secure with the feasible warranty and knowing he covered every base from plywood to color of the roof. I would highly recommend him based on his professionalism alone, but also the fact you can see the passion he has in what he does. The roof and all its faults were fixed way beyond what was expected and I am more than grateul to the company.
I generally don't trust contractors; however, these guys are true professionals. They came when they said they would, worked 7am to 7:30pm, and did a stellar job. The roof looks fabulous. A roofing job can leave your property in poor shape; however, almost all the nails were removed and all the trash was hauled away. The property was left in great shape. They quickly fixed a a gutter that was accidentally damaged, prior to discussing payment. In fact, the owner did not pressure me for payment and was very professional through the entire project. This is my second time using this company and I would definitely use them again. If you're looking for the best outcome, give Cephalo Roofing Home Improvement the job!
I am very pleased with the work they have done. The owner, Pyrro, is very knowledgable about roofing and did a good job in explaining the roof replacement. The materials they use is from owens corning. He is very nice as well. His team is very professional and takes care of every details. They came early and finished all the work in one day including replacement of plywoods. The price was very competitive if not counting plywoods replacement. They also can work during weekend. I highly recommend this roof contractor.
