When Sal quoted us (very fair price!) he explained that sometimes the roof on an old house (100+ years) will have gaps in the wood but we wouldn’t know until we started. The team came right on time and fixed the entire roof in one day. We did wind up having to cover large gaps which significantly increased the price on the spot; however, we were prepared thanks to Sal’s detailed overview and price-quote. We had a minor issue with the installation and final look of the flashing. Sal stayed on top of it and the crew came back to fix it up leaving satisfied customers! Overall, I would recommend Domus (and ask for Sal) to anyone needing a new roof.

Best company for all your exterior needs! Had an extremely old roof, chimneys that needed TLC, and gutters that had overflow. Sales team came out and described the process and the solution very detailed. Patiently explained all options available to me, and never pressured me into a decision unlike other companies I had quotes for. After making final decisions. The roofers came and completed my roof in ONE DAY!! They inspected the wood and noted that I had rotten wood and had the option to replace. After pivoting to replace wood they still completed it in ONE DAY! Next day was chimney, gutter work, and clean up! Much thanks to Dariel the sales rep who was also the liaison throughout the entire process making it stress free.
